Our stay at these apartments was mind-blowing! The host went above and beyond to accommodate us, allowing us to check in early and even helping us with our luggage. The apartment itself was super spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the quiet location, with a beautiful park just a 3-minute walk away. The proximity to supermarkets and markets was also a huge plus. The fact that the host accepted credit card payment was a jaw-dropping convenience. We appreciated the helpfulness of the host in providing local information and recommendations. The availability of Wi-Fi and the ease of parking made our stay even more enjoyable. We were impressed with the level of comfort and the small balcony where we could relax. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with just a 10-minute easy walk to the old town. our experience was exceptional and highly recommended!

Make sure to visit Bistro Roots, which is conveniently located right in front of the apartment in a peaceful area.

Position was unbeatable. We wanted to explore bacvice beach and this place was a great base for this. Make your own meals in a kitchen.

Location and friendlinest of the Owner

Quiet location, 10 minute walk to waterfront area. Supermarket very close. Apartment had all facilities & a good balcony. Mr Peric was very welcoming, especially after our delayed flight. Good information provided for Split attractions.

We loved this apartment so much last year that we booked it again for a longer stay this year. It is so comfortable, spacious and well located and the host is wonderfully friendly and helpful on all matters. Split is an amazing place to visit for both its historical centre, wonderful dining and beaches. We will return to this apartment again in the near future.

This apartment was the best possible choice for my holiday in Split. It's located close to the old town (5 min walk), very clean, excellent facilities. I got a very warm welcome by the owner, Josip, and I can definitely recommend this apartment for long and short stays in Split.

Good value for money - we had a two-bedroom apartment that had everything we needed for a short stay in Split with a young family, including a washing machine and free parking on the block. It was only a 10min walk to the old city, but in a quiet residential street. What made our stay special was the owner's great helpfulness and hospitality. We arrived late at night and were instantly invited to a beer and a chat in the owner's upstairs apartment, which was very welcome after a long car trip. The next morning, knowing we hadn't brought any supplies with us, he even brought us some fresh pastries and other breakfast items! Thanks for a great stay.
